Terms & Conditions:

• Membership is valid for either 6 months or 12 months from date of purchase and entitles the family admission to the Model Village only.
• Please note that Road Train tours/extra activities are not included and will incur an extra charge.
• A membership card is for use by your immediate family only (2 signatories per household) and is not transferable under any circumstances. The cardholder or second signatory must be present and it cannot be used by any third party.
• Members can enjoy entrance to the Model Village and use of the playroom. Membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers in the Model Village e.g. birthday parties or other events in the Model Village.
• Cardholders must present their card and sign the membership book to gain entry into the Model Village.
• We cannot guarantee that all facilities will be available to members when they visit due to group bookings or ongoing maintenance taking place.
• There will be a change of opening hours for the month of December due to the Christmas event being held. The Model Village will be closed to the general public and members during the event. The valid date for your membership will reflect this. Membership does not cover the Christmas event and members will have to book separately for this event.
• The contact name on the form is responsible for all members on ticket.
• Last admission is strictly one hour before closing.
