Baby Massage Classes

Looking for a gentle way to bond with your baby and meet other new parents in West Cork? Midwife-led baby massage classes are back at the Model Village, Clonakilty, starting Friday 18th September.

These sessions offer a warm, unhurried space to slow down, breathe, and enjoy these early months.

What to expect each week:

• Guided baby massage
• Coffee & chat with other parents
• A postpartum wellbeing topic — from the fourth trimester and nervous system regulation to pelvic floor health, nutrition, and building your support network

The details:

• When: Fridays, 9:30–11:00 a.m. — new 6-week block begins 18th September
• Price: €75 for the 6-week block, or €15 per drop-in class
• Age range: Babies who aren’t yet crawling
• Bring: A blanket for your baby (spares available). Handouts and oil provided.

Classes are led by Kellie, an experienced midwife from Nurture and Embrace, who brings both clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every session.
